My wide grip was NERFING ME!!! Yesterday at home I put 60kg on the belt with barely a warmup and it felt easy with a closer grip so I was like I have to try it today for a heavy rep and I got the most insane pr EVER and even on an evening workout with bad sleep. Good proof that the weights are legit is I failed 70kg some months ago in this park a couple weeks before I got it properly with actual plates. Anyways for any doubters I’ll lock it at the gym with powerlifting plates soon. #pullups #calisthenics #streetworkout by @danielendures
