Hidden in Plain Sight 🌿🐅

Between the trees, she remained perfectly still, listening to every sound of the jungle.

I had imagined seeing a tiger in the wild for years. When that moment finally came, it was her. Durga, my first Bengal tiger, in the forests of Ranthambore.
An encounter I will never forget.

One of the largest owls found across the Indian subcontinent, the Brown Fish Owl is a powerful nocturnal hunter, often found near rivers, lakes, and rocky shorelines.

"Queen of the Lakes" Riddhi (T-124) 🐅🪾
A famous and dominant female tiger in Ranthambore National Park, she is known for her exceptional hunting skills and for ruling central areas like Malik Talab and Rajbagh (Zones 3 and 4). As the daughter of Arrowhead, she proudly carries the lineage of the legendary Machli.

A silent phantom of the wilderness.
Although Ranthambore National Park is famous for its tigers, leopards are considered a rare and special sight, often called the "ghosts of the jungle".
