I think the last time I was in a band was in 06. Maybe 07. Played bass for some and sang for one. Last November some buddies & myself turned just some jam sessions into something great. A few I have known well close to 20yrs and few a good couple years. Organically everything has been coming together. Some good ol “Old Head Hardcore”. @counterfire361 👈🏽 by @danielgamc

19yrs doing this. by @danielgamc

Not sure how to describe this feeling. I’m usually good with words but this one has me stumped. These past 5 months have been a ride full of emotions I can’t explain. Fitting in class/exams, both jobs, preparing for this meet, getting both kids to and from where they need to be has been an experience. I truly appreciate everyone who supported me with this. Here’s to bettering mine & myself. Now to pass the NREMT Exam. And don’t mind Leo’s facial expressions. My boy had to wake up early as fuck. by @danielgamc

And just like that everything falls together. Bringing a special show for a more than special cause. SOMETHING FOR THE KIDS. They say it takes a village to raise a child. So we're bringing the tribes together to support the community. The stand-up, fast paced gentlemen from Corpus Christi's COUNTERFIRE to keep the spirit upright, alive and well. Alongside Reggae, oi and Punk DJs from BRING BACK THE SKINS. We invite you to be entertained while donating a new and unwrapped toy or gift for children from preschool to high school. Or a $5 donation at the door. San Antonio, let's show up for the city. Best behavior, respect, loyalty and honesty. Consider this your personal invite. Cheers!

My final Pull had me feeling a way. When it’s a weight you haven’t pulled before the adrenaline kicks in gatcho and this is how I felt. by @danielgamc

I usually don’t give myself much credit on my lifts, but this one hit hard. A 2 month difference on these squats. I absolutely fucking killed this one. I worked hard for this one. 1 week out from my next meet. Next weekend I’m sending. by @danielgamc

Been sleeping a lot lately. Sluggish days than most. Mindset is connecting but the push hasn’t been pushing. Was a great week given I took Monday & Tuesday to rest after work. Hit a PR on Squat as well as Bench. And my baby boy graduated to the 2nd grade to. So that was the icing on the cake.

Dearest Gratitude, here’s a start to 2026. A lot happened with in 2025. A lot of personal changes were made along with personal goals that were set and achieved. As life happens I lost my grandpa as well as some close loved ones. The one thing to take away from 2025 is to focus on my mental health more and to live in the moment. Sometimes it’s easy to get caught up and lost with what’s going on around us. I have found that my peace is at the gym in a world full of chaos. I will continue to push and do what’s best for myself and mine. New goals will be set and bigger achievements will be made. Here’s to 2026. Stay Locked In. by @danielgamc

Big S/o to my Gym Family for this one. @billy_ray_valentine93 @3.s7ow @daniel_the_hulkk_perales . The build up to my top single felt solid. Hit the top and smoked it. Big thanx to my brother @billy_ray_valentine93 for the add a yellow and shoot for it. That was the biggest confidence boost I needed. I’m coming for that 501 pull this coming year. @iron_compound is hands down the perfect gym family. 3 weeks out for this one.

A Text you never want to receive. Seeing you one last time after work still didn’t feel real. Rushed home to sleep so I can wake up from this nightmare. Over 20yrs of friendship turned to brotherhood. Still having trouble putting the pieces together on all of this. I’ll miss out sending eachother reels at 3am about random shit. I’ll miss our “how are you doing fuck lips” texts. I’ll miss our memories that we would randomly bring up. I’m still hoping this to wake up from this. We were the Big Tymers. Huge your Friends. Love your friends. Tell them you love them. Life is weird. Rip my Brother. by @danielgamc
