At 33, Daniel felt like he was living someone else’s life.

Long hours behind a desk as a Remote Patient Care Advisor in the NHS.

Low energy. No direction. A quiet dream of becoming an actor but no real fuel to chase it.
He was exhausted.

Stuck in a loop of home workouts that never really delivered. Carrying stubborn belly fat and the weight of failed relationships that had chipped away at his confidence.

He wasn’t lazy. He just needed a plan that actually worked.

When I started working with Daniel, we built a customised system around him.

Not a restrictive meal plan or punishing routine but something flexible and focused.

The kind of structure that gives you energy, not takes it away.

In just 6 weeks, he lost 10kg, dropped 2 inches from his waist, started sleeping better, and saw his strength and energy shoot up.

He became more disciplined and switched on. He even started auditioning again with real presence and belief.

But the most impressive part?

He’s kept the habits.

Months later, Daniel is still thriving. Higher energy. Sharper mindset. And a completely new standard for how he lives.

“You made me aware of what I had to do and that gave me the confidence to go after it.”

Daniel didn’t just get lean.

He reclaimed his path.

Personally, I am very excited to see what he goes on to do next without his newfound, empowered identity.
