As someone who works closely with both brands and artists, I often hear artists complain about how low the streaming rates are. On the flip side, I talk to founders who would love to have the revenue model that artists do. Now, don’t get me wrong—I do think the streaming rates are too low. Every success or challenge I’ve faced has been solved or created on a blank page. This simple tool has guided me through business ideas, life decisions, and skill-building. The secret lies in a clear process that turns problems into solutions. Here’s the 3-step framework that I rely on:

1. Define the Problem: Start by clearly identifying the problem. A well-defined problem is already half-solved.

2. Brainstorm Solutions: Write down every possible solution, no matter how unconventional. Then, prioritize them based on your values and goals.

3. Outline the Steps: most solution or great things done happen over night so create a series of deliberate steps. Map out each one from where you are now to the solution.

Hit the brakes on work, to hit the gas on creativity. Four times daily - sauna and cold plunge. A counter-intuitive rhythm? Maybe. A creative powerhouse? For sure.

Anyone who says they don’t believe in marriage just has not married the right person WITH the right friends and family around. I have been very blessed with such an amazing life so far and I have never felt so much collective joy as I did on my wedding day with @luisalion. There is something magical about it. My life will actually never be the same. I am still searching for the words to explain it fully but when I have them you will be the first to know.
