I ran my first half marathon this past weekend!! 🏃‍♀️🤍A few months ago I could barely run a mile, and if you’d told me this was coming I would’ve laughed. Proof that growth happens faster than you think when you keep showing up for yourself. If you know me, you know what this means. How lucky am I that I get to do this. 2025 PA Nationals!!! First time stepping on the platform as a 69 kg lifter. Squat - 157.5 kg / 347 lbs Bench - 95 kg / 209 lbs Deadlift - 202.5 kg / 446 lbs Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect on the day for a number of reasons, but definitely not for all my third attempts to move that well 😂 happy with how the day went as the main focus was just getting back into it and seeing where I’m at. Huge thanks to coach @shane_drozstrength for helping me get strong again and dealing with my shenanigans like going on vacation 4 weeks out 💀 It was so nice seeing friends and familiar faces I haven’t seen in a while. The strength I witnessed this weekend was nothing short of inspiring.Happy to be back, excited to keep building 🩵 by @daniellamelo
