Meet Danielle Bailey — our newest NIL athlete and leader inside the Diamond Strong Mindset Academy.

Dani is a freshman shortstop at Kennesaw State University, and I truly believe she will go down as one of the best shortstops to ever come through that program — and I’m not the only one who thinks so.

She’s an incredibly gifted utility athlete with grit, drive, and a heart for leadership. I’ve had the honor of mentoring her for the last few years — and now, she’s giving back to the next generation inside my Academy.

Earlier this year, Dani tore both her labrum and rotator cuff, ending her freshman season before it really began. But instead of letting it break her — she turned it into a blessing.

The injury was to her glove side, not her throwing arm. What could’ve been a 12-month recovery became a 5-6 month comeback. And as of April 1st — she’s cleared and stronger than ever.

During her recovery, Dani leaned into her mental game, reevaluated her purpose, and committed to coming back mentally unshakable.

She’s now studying Sports Psychology and bringing that knowledge and experience directly to the athletes inside the Diamond Strong Mindset Academy.

Each week, Dani and I will host mental toughness trainings to help athletes:

Build confidence

Push through adversity

Compete with joy

Train their brain for the big moments

All meetups are recorded so your athlete can listen anytime — especially on the way to tournament weekends.

We offer team and organizational discounts.
Fill out the form on the page, and we’ll be in touch by the next business day.

This is what it means to train the whole athlete.
Her story is just beginning… and now she’s helping others write theirs.
