Still not 100% but was desperate to get out for a run, especially while the weather is so nice, so did a gentle 5k and really enjoyed it! Now for an Erkältungsbad 🛁 by @danielle_does_running

I’m getting The Cold, and could have very easily stayed in bed today, but I decided to get out in my new shorts with the only goal being to actually take it easy. And I’m so glad I did! What a gorgeous run, one of those that reminds you why you love running! 😍 Happy Sunday everyone ❤️🍁 by @danielle_does_running

Love how my hair makes it look like I’m going REALLY fast 😂 I was not in fact going anywhere approaching fast, and didn’t meet my tempo target OH WELL hopefully once these ankles get better I can pick some speed up again.

Slightly (a lot) jealous that I missed the beautiful fog yesterday that everyone else on insta seemed to enjoy on their runs! I got greige skies and drizzle! by @danielle_does_running

Autumn mode ON 🍁 I love this time of year! A little chill on the air, the sun on brown leaves 😍 just a quick walk before work today, and physio at lunchtime to look at my stupid ankle. Happy Friday everyone! 🥰 by @danielle_does_running
