This past Sunday was so beautiful. I had the pleasure of celebrating the 1 year anniversary of @autizmoutloud with the beautiful woman who founded this organization. Ms. @lorinmonee 💜 It was awesome being in the presence of so many amazing people who all came together to support, inspire, share knowledge and enjoy our children together. Lorin created this safe space for parents of special needs children and also for those without special needs children, to build community. I enjoyed watching all the children playing in the play area, arts and crafts, as well as the drum circle by Ms. Sophia. Please follow, like and share her page to raise awareness and support and donate if you can. The work she is doing is needed in our community. My son and niece had an awesome time. I am glad my family and I were able to come out and support. Lorin I am proud of you 🙏🏾💜 Never stop!

These past 6 weeks of summer camp have made a huge impact on Hunter’s life. He went to summer camp in his new school Pathways College Prep in which he will be starting the 6th grade. I can’t express how extremely proud and excited I am for him. The PAL summer program director, Mr. Raheem was amazing and instrumental in getting him and the other children to try new things and have fun this summer. His team member, Mr. Emerson formed an immediate bond with Hunter during the first orientation when we all met. To the Drum line instructor, Mr. Travis, when we spoke and I told you Hunter loved the drums, Hunter spoke to you and instantly was excited and ready to show you how good he actually is. To see my big boy growing up and now stepping into a new chapter is making me so emotional and proud. This was the end of camp show case y’all and look at my big boy front and center. I’m truly sad to see the PAL team will no longer be in his new school and it sucks because we’ve built a great relationship already. They all knew they had to be out front when Hunter would be leaving so he could say good bye to everyone or we couldn’t leave lol. They know him so well after 6 weeks. The whole staff told me@they loved Hunter. I know he loves ya’ll too. But anyway, here’s some pictures and clips of the performance. All of the kids did a really awesome job in there performances. Took the kiddies to the Easter event at Archie Spigner park. What a nice day and awesome event. We definitely got our steps in today. Shout out to @beingegypt @braataproductions @braatabwoy @iamdjabraham it was great seeing you all. The kids enjoyed the @zabocircus also. by @daniellecu4

Here’s the 5th grade graduation pic!

Today Hunter, my munchkin, my everything, is now 10 years old. He has grown so much and is such a talented, loving, intelligent child who is just as silly 🤪 as his momma. I wouldn’t change him for anything. Hunter you are my world and I love you so much. Happy blessed 10th birthday to you my stinka butt. I only pray the lord continue to protect you and guide you in this crazy world. I pray that you continue to keep your positive energy, continue to do everything you want to do creatively, continue to do all the things you love and always continue to seek the knowledge to perfect your crafts. Last but not least, continue to love yourself even in your doubts. Please continue to stand up for yourself no matter what. Always know that you are safe,loved and protected.
