How to spend 3 days in Sarandë, Albania! See below for a 3 day travel itinerary 🏰🏝️🇦🇱

Day 1:
-Brunch at @escapebygrand
-Wine tasting at @kantina_isak_agrotourism
-Visit The Blue Eye
-See the sunset at Lëkurësi Castle
*The app @getyourguide has an option to combine all 3 activities

Day 2:
-Spend the day at @lost.seaside
-Dinner at Taste of Tradition
-Walk the riviera
-Nightlife at @orange_club_sarande_albania
*walk the riviera at night, it will be less crowded and less hot

Day 3:
-Check out the town of Gjirokastër
-Lunch at @the_barrels_ms
-Butrint archeological park
-Dinner at Restaurant Le Petite
*you can stay a night or two at The Barrels - it’s close to Gjirokastër

Bonus:
-Boat day in Corfu, Greece if you have time!
*you can ferry to Corfu from Sarandë

Things to know:
-Alabania uses cash heavily. Do not rely on any type of debit/credit card. Have Albanian Lek on you at all times!!!
-The best way to get to Sarandë is to take a ferry from Corfu, or to rent a car from Tiranë and drive
-Book beach club cabanas or sunbeds ahead of time
-Be sure to try the national dish of Tavë Kosi & the traditional liquor called Raki

How to spend 48 hours in Venice, Italy! See below for a 2 day travel guide 🎭☕️🇮🇹

Day 1:
-Morning gondola ride along the canals
-Italian food tour
-Visit @libreriaacquaalta bookstore
-Take a ghost tour of the city
*I booked all 3 tours on @getyourguide

Day 2:
-Tour St. Mark’s Basilica & Doge’s Palace
-Lunch at @al_nono_risorto_venezia
-See the nearby islands of Murano & Burano
-Dessert at @pasticceria_rizzardini_1742
*Take a tour of the Glass Factory in Murano

Things to know:
-Venice is quite touristy so try to visit in early June or late September to avoid crowds
-Venice is a car-free city so pre prepared to walk or take water taxis
-I would recommend doing a food tour at the beginning of your visit to get your bearings of the city

Just in time for fall: Cinnamon churro cookies! 🍁🍪

See recipe below:

Cheesecake filling:
3 oz cream cheese
1½ tbsp sugar
¼ tsp vanilla

Cookie dough:
½ cup butter
½ cup plus 1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt

Cinnamon coating:
½ cup sugar
4 tsp cinnamon

Mix the filling and freeze it in 6 dollops for 30–60 minutes. Brown the butter and let it cool for 15–20 minutes. Mix it with the sugars, egg and vanilla, then stir in the dry ingredients just until combined. Wrap the dough around the frozen filling, seal each cookie, and roll it in the cinnamon sugar. Don’t flatten them.

Bake at 350°F or 176 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, until the edges are set and the bottoms are lightly golden. Leave them on the pan for 10 minutes, then let them cool for about 20 more minutes.

How to spend 3 days in San Pedro, Belize! See below for a 3 day travel guide 🏝️🦞🇧🇿

Day 1:
-Snorkel at Hol Chan Marine Reserve
-Go fly fishing with @elpescadorbelize
-Enjoy lobster tacos at @elfogonbelize
*Lobster season is July 1 - February 28

Day 2:
-Explore town
-Visit the iguana sanctuary
-Catamaran sunset sail with @catamaranbelize
*The iguana sanctuary is free, but a donation is appreciated

Day 3:
-Relax at the Mahogany Bay beach club @mahoganybaybelize
-Take a day trip to Caye Caulker
-Have dinner/drinks at @thepoolclub.bz
*Caye Caulker is a quick 30 minute ferry from San Pedro

Things to know:
-You can either fly or take a ferry to San Pedro via Belize City
-Mahogany Bay has tons of restaurants nearby
-The easiest way to get around San Pedro is to rent a golf cart
-The chocolate milkshakes at the @belizechocolate are out of this world

My top 5 favorite small European towns! See below for more notes on each location:

Bled, Slovenia 🇸🇮
-The Grand Hotel Toplice (@sava_hotels_resorts) is a beautiful place to stay right on the lake
-Bled is only a 45 minute drive from Ljubljana

Grindelwald, Switzerland🇨🇭
-If you go during the winter, definitely check out the fondue gondolas at @belvederegwald
-The @avocado_bar_grindelwald has live music and amazing vibes

Passau, Germany 🇩🇪
-Catch some amazing views and grab a beer at @das_oberhaus
-Passau is very close to Austria, so it can be combined with other small, nearby towns

Flateyri, Iceland 🇮🇸
-The Old Bookstore (@the.old.bookstore.in.iceland) has been open since 1914 and is a family run business
-The whole town can be seen in one day

Bath, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
-Combine Stonehenge with Bath and make it a day trip from London (we did ours with @toursbylocals)
-The architecture of the city alone is worth a visit
