I feel so honored and proud to have been voted LA’s best holistic guide of 2025 by the amazing local community of @sapphic.la 🥹🫶🏻

I took a big leap of faith starting my business Soft Soul Healing one year ago, and I haven’t stopped leaping since. It was a pivotal year of personal growth and expansion for me. It’s been a true honor to be able to connect with and uplift others through my 1:1 and group work and I’m so excited to continue deepening my work in 2026. My sessions are a safe space to shine light in the shadowy places.

This Friday 5/22, I’m very excited to perform a few original songs as we celebrate and say goodbye to my friend Hannah’s AMAZING photography exhibit at Nina! They beautifully capture an intimate experience of transition, grief, and connection.

I loved hosting another sound bath at @the.wuum this month! It was a wonderful night and we moved a LOT of energy. We needed rest badly, and we got it! I personally felt pretty depleted and exhausted beforehand, but by the end of the sound bath, I felt totally renewed and energized. Calm, motivated, and ready to move into the rest of the week from a more grounded, connected place.

Join me for a spacious sound bath at @the.wuum on Wednesday, April 8th at 7:30pm.

We’ll open with journal prompts and a short meditation, then relax into an intuitive sonic journey with crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, a hand-built barbiton lyre, a frame drum, and more. Complimentary tea will be available before and after.

Venus in Taurus, a transit that began March 30th and will last until April 23rd, invites us to move slowly and luxuriously,. This is a potent time to slow down and reconnect with our senses. While Venus is in Taurus, we have an extra boost of help in the process of re-regulating ourselves. Whatever we have been moving too fast to notice will finally have space to clarify this month, as long as we choose to move through this period with intention.

I’m excited to help cultivate space to slow down, return to ourselves, and feel into the present moment together. Whether you’re arriving feeling heavy, depleted, overstimulated, or just in need of a reset, you are welcome exactly as you are. 💞

Today is my birthday!! The last year was full of wild surprises and beautiful quiet moments. I’m really excited to discover what this next year has in store for me. :’)
