POSTS STORIES REELS

I’ve been put on assignment for September so I’ll be MIA. Inbox and phone will be open. But before I hit my hiatus, I wanted to share a moment from a few weeks ago!

🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

Sometimes, you have to just jump.
Jumping requires you to trust yourself and trust God!
I saw that one of my favorite comics, D’Lai, was coming to Houston, to one of my favorite venues, Punchline.
Something said “reach out and offer your services.”
So I did.
And his response was not delayed. (Ha, see what I did there?😂👌🏾)
He made his menu request and I threw in a few extra items.
I got to the venue and heard “you’re Danielle, he’s waiting for you” as soon as I arrived.
His energy and spirit was top tier. Especially his show. It was smart. Witty. Crowd work was chefs kiss. When he comes to your city, make sure you grab a ticket.

We got too busy for our pics but im grateful for the memory and opportunity!

@itsdlai, thank you for having me!
Stay tuned folks.
Danni’s Kitchen is definitely making her rounds! 🍽️”.

I’d rather wear my heart on my sleeves than have it tucked in my back pocket. You should and will never have to search for love while in my presence.
Charla Booth Thank you for seeing and reflecting my heart! For sharing yours!! Seeing your face turned me into puddle of tears, lol.
What a journey.
What a moment.
I love you. I appreciate you.
Traveling from Indiana to Texas to see lil ole Danielle.
That lil girl you saw something in and threw on stage to perform Scream at 12 years old.
And you’ve been in my corner and heart ever since.
My thank you’s are ENDLESS!
My gratitude is Forever.
Your talent, leadership, and love has always been unmatched. You never left your heart at the door, you always brought it with you. And that gave me permission at 12 to do the same.
Thank you for the flowers!!! 💐
Your presence was a highlight of the night for many in the room!!!!

Heavy on me this morning;

Cain and Able are not limited to siblings.

Envy and distorted views of reality can and has existed between friends, romantic partners, and co workers.

Some people can’t stomach that you are who they pretend to be.
Some people can’t stomach the favor over your life.
Some people can’t stomach the light that you carry.
Some people can’t stomach that despite what they think or feel about you, what they’ve said to others about you, you are still loved! Still in motion. You still have joy. You still have peace. You still have a smile on your face.
Your personality, goals, and accomplishments have not changed or ceased.

If you claim to be a believer, remember this;
God will never ask you what you think or feel about a person but He will address how you treated them!

Being equally yolked isn’t about shared faith, bloodlines, or networks.

It’s about a shared Heart Posture.

If you ever wondered why the person you don’t like keeps smiling, keeps moving thru life with joy in spite of whatever trials or tribulations comes their way, it’s because their hearts aren’t filled with malice, deceit, envy, or destruction.

They’re focused on living, loving, and fulfilling their purpose while you’re trying to humble and break them.

So the next time you find yourself wondering why someone’s not around, why they disconnected, why you can’t get any energy from them, ask yourself, what kind of an environment, spiritual and physical, did you create for them? What’s really going on in your thoughts and heart towards them? Maybe you should consider the possibility of God exposing YOU to them.

You’ve done so much damage to your own brain and conscience that you think God removed them for you.
No, no, no,
God protected them and kept them away from YOU because He knows what’s in YOUR heart. by @danielleleemusik

I don’t carry compliments heavily.
They literally go through one ear and out the other.
For two reasons;
There’s nothing you can tell me about me that I don’t already know.
The same mouths that compliment you will be the same mouths that curse you.

However, I absolutely LOVE when I’m called A Problem!! I mean, it really tickles my fancy…

I got called A Problem tonight.

She shall sleep well!!!
