7.6 miles, 3 circuits, 3 gyms. My first fitness competition! 🙌🏽 @urban.iron Thank you! I loved the training, meeting new people, and the highest of vibes throughout the whole experience!

7 weeks ago I started looking up fitness competitions, HYROX, local LA events. I decided I needed to find something. I wanted a challenge. The next week, my gym started advertising @urban.iron. I manifested it.

Sometimes you forget that you’re the one who makes shit happen. This beautiful life I have, I built it piece by piece. Everything that was once a dream of mine, I made happen.

If there’s a dream in your heart, you will make it happen in time. This was a little reward, a little treat, if you will, along my life’s journey to remind me that I do, in fact, make shit happen. Always have, always will. And the dreams I still have? I’ll make those come true too. ⚡️⚡️ by @daniellelkeller

I got a compliment the other day on my lats….i didn’t know what they were but i knew they were important. 😂

These @urban.iron circuits are no joke. They are not easy. Last week of training. 8 miles plus these circuits. LFG
