Introducing… Danielle Olivierre🫒

5 Years.
Hundreds of clients.
Countless keys handed over.
A whole lot of growth.

Not just a rebrand… a refinement.
More polished. More intentional. More me🤗

Olive this for me & I’m grateful to be your go-to girl for your fresh starts, always🤍✨

Cheers to five years in business & we’re only getting started🍸👏🏽 by @danielleolivierre

A rebrand is basically the same process as finding someone their home and you know I take both very seriously🤭

First, we ask the questions:
What’s no longer aligned? What’s the goal? What makes sense for us? Whats the timeline?

Then we brainstorm:
Moodboards. Vibes. Logistics. Location.
We explore options until it feels close.

Next, we research:
Market. Positioning. Strategy.
Because it can’t just be cute - it has to make sense!

Then we view and compare:
Logos, fonts, colours, messaging, vision?
Houses, condos, size, location, budget?
Some are “nice.” But we’re searching for the one that gives you that “this is it!” feeling🎯

And then we lock it in.
Clean. Confident. Fully aligned. 🤝🏽
Voila🫒✨ by @danielleolivierre

Clocked in vs. clocked out… but in real estate there’s no real “off” switch 🤍

Some days are non-stop; showings, calls, offers, running around the city.

Other days look a bit quieter: coffee, a workout, seeing the girls, spending time with family.

But I’m still checking in, replying to clients & keeping things moving in the background!

It’s not really something you can switch off from… and honestly I wouldn’t want to (it is my business after all)👩🏽‍💻

Helping people find a place that actually feels like home in a city they’re building their life in, that’s the part I love🫶🏽

If you’re thinking about making a move, reach out anytime. I always make time for my clients☺️🔑

15 deals, countless moving parts and a whole lot of behind the scenes😱
October was BUSY!!
Four leased listings, endless showings, many negotiations, applications, paperwork and somehow managing it all while spending half the month out of the country.

Running a business solo is no joke and I’ll admit I was very burnt out at some stages🙈

But seeing my clients get their keys, move into their new homes and helping landlords secure great tenants makes every bit of it worthwhile🥲

To everyone who trusted me this month, thank you🤍
and happy closing day to all my clients 🙌🏽🔑 by @danielleolivierre
