This is a portion of one of my sequences on the Avatar Aang movie. The sequence was ultimately cut but I'm grateful to have gotten to board an actual bending fight. My time on it was brief, but getting to work on an Avatar project with people like @thebestlaurenmontgomery @artofsteveahn @kihyunryu @gretateg @lasersinger @nam.on @micah_gunnell @sungshin9482 @ssj_art @allisonsmithart who I looked up to and respected for so long was a huge honor. Color scripting might be my favorite thing to do aside from storyboarding. Combining both feels like playing fully with cinematography in a way that really makes me happy but is not an actual job. by @danielmaraya
