What a fun weekend with my kids, mom and sis. I'm so grateful for being able to cheer my daughter on as she and her team won their first volleyball tournament! My little champion scored at least 25 points on her serves. Goes to show good practice makes perfect. I bet that volleyball net I set up for us to practice with over the summer helped too. 😁 there's nothing quite like the feeling of being a dad.

2026 is the year I stop playing small.
New standards. New discipline. New results.

I’m building stronger — in business, in the gym, and in life.
For my kids. For my legacy. For the man I’m becoming.

No more excuses. No more distractions.
Just pressure, progress, and purpose.

Vamos con todo. 🔥💪🏽 by @danielmurphybuilds

I have nothing but gratitude for this Christmas and New Year’s season. From celebrating Novenas with the family to goofing off in Christmas hats, this one was truly for the books.

Even if the first photo isn’t technically “Christmasy,” I couldn’t start this carousel without expressing how grateful I am for my mom. She is, without a doubt, the strongest and most admirable example of what it means to be a great mother. I’m beyond thankful for her.

Can’t wait to see what adventures 2026 has in store. taken in Orlando, Florida by @danielmurphybuilds

2025 is off to great start, but we're just getting started! 💪

Did you know? Today, the third Friday of January is called "Quitter's Day"

When our well-intentioned pledges of fitness and personal growth often go by the wayside. This is when most people drop off from those well intentioned New Year's resolutions.

But if you quit today, who is going to build your dreams for you?

No one.

Your goals are on you.

Your dreams are on you.

Your success and fulfillment are on you.

Don't let the dips and bumps along the way cause you to slip.

Let's keep those resolutions alive and trust that those new daily habits are building our dreams one brick at a time.

I'm rooting for you 💪💪💪
