For nine years straight, I would take my girlfriend to see her brother in Ontario. This is one trip with our kids where we skied at Lutsen and stopped there to show them the cable cars and rode it to the top. Great memories. taken in Lutsen Mountains by @danielnunamaker

This highly educated man was a local politician and executive board chairman of the mayors caucus in chicago when Rahm led the city. He & I discussed the candidates for governor; Rauner & Pritzker. He’s exact words were, “they’re both dirtbags.” He & his wisdom is dearly missed. by @danielnunamaker

I really like this song and I sang it on my way to work. It’s “you say” by Lauren Daigle covered by an old friend Dina Bach. I bet we all feel this way at times. Unloved but others see us being loved. Weak, but others see us as strong. Ignored, but others see us being heard. In pain, and others see us as healed. I’m so glad I saved this video I took of her. Dina is a very special person and I learned a lesson from her. There was a situation I rather not share but when I told it to my brother, he said to me; “what’s it going to matter in 5 yrs” and I saw my mistake. So I’m going to ask for forgiveness and say I’m sorry to Dina and if she never sees this, that’s ok but I learned the lesson. I hope I don’t do it again otherwise I have not learned the lesson.
