The days of maxing out every session are long behind me, but it’s good to know I still got it 🫡

For my combat sport athletes, you don’t have to be the strongest in the room, but being STRONG is NEVER a weakness. 🦾

I’ve always hated the stigma around lifting heavy in combat sports, like strength and skill can’t coexist. It’s good to see that mindset slowly changing.

Strength doesnt replace skill. It complements it. 💯

Its not everything, but it certainly helps. taken in Kansas City, Missouri by @danielolajiga_

All camp long, the talk was about his wrestling.
NCAA champ. Olympic team wrestler.

Funny how it ended up being me who landed the takedown 😮‍💨🥶

Fun fact - Ive landed a takedown in every single one of my professional fights 🫡

If there is one thing ive learnt on this journey is TALK IS CHEAP 🤫

Not bad for a kid from south london.
