Had a brilliant time performing my own composition last night in a concert at Guildhall. Here’s a quick clip of me playing a bit of it beforehand :)

Excited to be starting the summer looking forward to joining Guildhall in September!

I’ll be studying flute and composition and have started ideas for my second concerto … this is one of the themes which I arranged as a duet to play with the wonderful Dr Jessica Quinones - continuing our tradition of duet playing whilst down in St Agnes

Gregynog Young Musician of the Year - Young Woodwind Player of the Year 2022

Last weekend, I went to the Gregynog Hall in Wales and competed in their Young Musician of the Year competition!
Everyone was so kind and welcoming (the journey there got us lost a few times 😂), and I was so grateful for all the audience support. Also thank you to @galin.the.ganchev for accompanying me! 👏👏
My programme consisted of Il Pastore Svizzero- Morlacchi, The Great Train Race- Ian Clarke, Danse de la Chevrè- Honegger.
