Had our first scrimmage. Started in the OF and got some work on the mound.

Grounded out in my first AB. I adjusted for the next one, staying back and driving a single right over second base. New environment, new pitching, but I’m locked in and making the most of every rep out here. 💯 #Uncommitted #ClassOf2028 by @danielwatson2028

Grateful to earn All-District Honors for the 2nd year in a row. Freshman year as a utility was a good start, but earning it at 1B this sophomore season means a lot after putting in the work.

They say “be the change,” but seeing the change grow is even better.

Five years ago, middle school baseball in the EBR system was just a dream I was advocating for. Three years ago, I had the honor of stepping onto the field as a member of the first team in our district’s history.

Seeing how far this program has come in just a few short years is a true full-circle moment. We went from “I wish we had a team” to “We are the Champions.” Huge congratulations to my middle school alma mater for taking home the championship win yesterday! 💚💛🏆

Thank you to everyone who helped turn a personal dream into a reality for our entire community. Special shoutout to Mrs. Anderson❤️. The game continues to grow.
