In Uganda, we gathered with 15 changemakers and did something simple,yet radical: We claimed the year.

We began by writing our story for 2026 as if it has already happened. Not from limitation, but from truth. From that place, we worked backward, turning vision into steps, dreams into plans. This is roadmapping for change.

We start with mindfulness. We go within first. As Sadhguru says, “The only way out is in.” When we anchor in our inner truth, our gifts become clear. When those gifts are witnessed by community, they grow stronger.

We dream expansively. We listen for language that shrinks us, and we lovingly help each other shift it. We check in quarterly, not to police progress, but to stay aligned with the story we choose to live.

Last weekend was a powerful moment of learning and reflection for Kimuli Collections.

We had the honor of working with @danikatynes to shape a clear #Roadmap2026, grounded in #purpose, #sustainability, and real #impact. The session reminded us of the value of intentional planning and learning from experienced leaders.

Meeting fellow #changemakers from across Uganda was equally inspiring—each story highlighting resilience, innovation, and community-driven solutions.

We’re excited to soon unveil what we’ve been building with @danikatynes and the @sustainable_access_foundation Team over the past 1.5 years.

Rwanda is just such a beautiful country. 🇷🇼✨ Yet, more than it’s beauty, I was inspired by its soul, desire for community harmony, and commitment to innovation to encourage a more abundant future for all.
So grateful to connect with @rebanatex who are changing the game in Sustainable textiles. My gratitude goes out to Defatanye Cooperative for welcoming me to see first hand that community prosperity after devastating history of the genocide is a possibility.
