What a way to celebrate 20 years in Paris

Apparently, I’m still influential in the bar world… even though I haven’t been behind a bar for years. 😂

Honestly, it feels pretty damn nice.

A big thank you to everyone who voted and put my name on this list. It’s especially nice to be there alongside friends, people I admire, and professionals I’ve respected for many years.

When I arrived in Paris 20 years ago, I had a completely different plan. Life, as usual, had other ideas… and somehow, it brought me here.

20 years later, I’m still in Paris and still around bars, just not behind one anymore. 😅

So thank you. taken in Paris, France by @danilo_grenci

It took a few months but now the fresh internet site is ready!
I had the opportunity of working on the cocktail list showing off some easy drinks I love, trying to make them as simple as possible, for a better understanding even if you are not "Mr mixologist" .
Introducing first the Planteur, French West Indies cousin's of the original Jamaican Planter's punch.

Fruity sweet and strong, paletable for anybody. My choice on the island after the 15th ti-punch. 📸 @aron_farkas_photo
