There was a point in this business where I thought the answer was always just do more.

More calls. More follow-up. More systems. More discipline.
And sometimes, yes, you do need to do the work.

But after a lot of years in real estate, I’ve learned that the right people around the table matter just as much as what’s on your to-do list.

People you can ask the questions you don’t necessarily want to ask in a room full of people.

People who will tell you what’s working.

People who are doing big things without turning every conversation into a competition.

People who understand that sometimes the goal isn’t to do more.

It’s to build a business that supports the life you actually want to live.

That’s the kind of brokerage and real estate community I want to keep building.

I spent last week at the REMAX Broker Owner Conference, and one phrase I heard has stayed with me:
Maybe it’s time to take a fresh look at RE/MAX.

There’s a lot happening right now, and I came home genuinely excited and curious about what’s ahead.

Not because I think REMAX needs to become something completely different.
When two very different real estate brands come together, each bringing its own strengths, ideas, technology and perspective, it creates the possibility for something really interesting.

And I think that’s worth paying attention to.

RE/MAX. But maybe not the RE/MAX you remember. 👀 by @danirobinson
