✨🍾 Life Update ✨🍾

3 months ago today, I rang in the new year by purchasing my dream condo 🏠🤍

These past couple months have consisted of moving in, decorating, hosting some cute lil parties, sunrise/sunset watching, enjoying the beach, & pinching myself because I still cannot believe I can call this place MY HOME 🥹

Week 5/14 completed ☑️🔥👟

Running is so silly 🤪I started off this week feeling so tired & sluggish, then fast forward to the end of the week, I felt the most confident in my running journey so far 🏃🏼‍♀️🪽
Since I did my math wrong 🙈, I am actually 3 weeks ahead of schedule, which has come just in time for my euro trip, so I will be giving my knees and shins a break & will do some strength work 🏋🏼‍♀️

The humidity on these runs certainly has been NO JOKE 🥵

Another week of some little reflections 🔮✨
the runs I used to dread (speed/tempo) are the ones I am now looking forward to the most! It has been fun to see what I can push myself body to that day.
seeing the mileage increase each week has been intimidating and hard, but just reminding myself that progress is not about perfection, it’s about continuing to show up 🏃🏼‍♀️

Week 3/14 completed with @niketraining 👟☑️🪽

The speed work & longer runs have been mentally challenging. There are moments where I ALMOST convince myself I cannot do them. I have found that breaking each interval down, one interval, one mile at a time, helps. Instead of thinking about the four intervals or four miles I have left, I tell myself that I only have one more. It keeps me from dreading what is ahead and allows me to stay present. & before I know it, I have finished the run 🏃🏼‍♀️🦋🫧
