**What does it actually take to get a home ready to hit the market?**

A whole lot of phone calls, texts, scheduling, coordinating…and probably a few trips to the store. 😂

My week behind the scenes:

🔨 Coordinating handyman repairs
🧹 Scheduling professional cleaning
🎨 Painters & touch-ups
🌿 Landscaping
🛋️ Professional staging
📸 Professional listing photography
📊 Pricing + marketing strategy
💻 Getting everything ready for MLS
🚪 And yes…even finding a wreath for the front door

And because this one is vacant, I’m also stocking all those little things nobody thinks about until they need them — hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash cans, light bulbs, bottled water in the fridge…you name it.

Because **“putting a house on the market” and preparing a house to SELL are two very different things.**

There are a hundred little details that happen before that listing ever goes live — and I genuinely love coordinating all of it and watching it come together.
