Here’s a look at what’s happening in the Las Vegas housing market as we head into the final months of 2026.

Sales are slowing, inventory is climbing, and home prices are holding relatively steady. Meanwhile, mortgage rates continue to make affordability a challenge for buyers.

So what does all of this mean if you’re thinking about buying or selling?

I put together the first edition of Market Brief to break down the latest numbers, what’s driving the market, and what you should be paying attention to.

Swipe through for the full breakdown. taken in Mahabir Real Estate Group by @danmahabir

This one is about to close. When I first met this seller through a cold call, her home had previously been on the market with another agent and didn’t sell.

We changed the approach. We adjusted the pricing strategy. We had honest conversations about staging and preparing the home for market. We brought in professional photography and relaunched it with a completely different presentation.

Under contract in less than two weeks. Same house. Different strategy. Now we’re getting this one closed and helping her make the next move. taken in Mahabir Real Estate Group by @danmahabir
