Progress isn't always obvious day to day, and sometimes it feels like all effort with no reward. But if you keep showing up, it all adds up.

14 months in, and for a 39-year-old geezer, I'm proud of how far I've come. Still plenty of work to do. 👊

Party/christening day for the kids at our new house. 🏡💙

Thanks to everyone who came along to celebrate with us.
Still loads to do here but slowly we're turning into our home. 👌🎉 by @danmits9

Time has been pretty limited lately, so this is about all I've got to show for spring. Not complaining though... summer has become my favourite time to be on the bank. Floater season is here 🔥🎣

I wouldn’t usually have the confidence to post something like this, but there are 2 reasons for it…

1️⃣ @lsfitnesshq made me do it. 🤣
2️⃣ It holds me accountable.

These photos were taken 9 months apart. Training 4–5 times a week in a highly motivational environment at @lsfitnesshq , plus a weekday-only diet using meals from @prepkinguk 👌
I have a long way to go but I'll keep moving forward and we will see where I end up in the coming months/years 💪🏋‍♂️

💔 3 weeks ago we unexpectedly lost Harley.
I'm still lost for words to be honest. 11 years i had him by my side, he meant so fucking much to me. The greatest dog of all time. Hurts 💔 by @danmits9

July 2024, Weed clearing to improve line lay.
I do enjoy winter fishing but i mostly stick to day sessions.
Looking forward to the longer, warmer days 🎣
