Summer Camping #2: Yosemite

Our first time exploring Yosemite in the summertime on bikes, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Biking through the valley gave us a whole new way to see Yosemite. We made so many pit stops to enjoy the scenery, played in the sand, cooled off in the crystal-clear water, and of course, made time for pizza and ice cream.

I’m so proud of Gray for completing the entire bike route like a champ! 🚴💙 Every stop was worth it, and every view reminded us why Yosemite is one of our favorite national parks in the U.S. It’s beautiful all year round, and every season has something special to offer. We definitely can’t wait to come back for another summer adventure. 🌲💚

12 Years With You ❤️🐾 (November 21, 2013 - May 28, 2026)

From my single days, to getting engaged, getting married, and becoming a mom to Grayson and Amelie—you were there through every chapter of my life. You weren’t just my dog; you were family.

Writing this tribute is breaking my heart. Thank you for 12 years of unconditional love, loyalty, and companionship. Thank you for always being there for me, even when life got busy and I couldn’t spend as much time with you as I used to. I hope you knew how much I loved you and that you had the best life with us.

I’m going to miss you every day, especially coming home from work and seeing you waiting for me at the door. You were always the first one to greet me, no matter what kind of day I had.

Please visit me in my dreams, okay?

Grayson and Amelie are heartbroken too. Every day they tell me how much they miss you. We are all feeling the emptiness you left behind. You left a paw print on all of our hearts that will never fade.

Thank you for all the love, comfort, and memories. Thank you for growing up with me and being by my side through all of life’s biggest moments.

📍Santorini, Greece

Santorini is one of the most famous islands in the world, known for its dramatic cliffs, whitewashed villages, and deep blue views over the Aegean Sea.

It was formed by a massive volcanic eruption thousands of years ago, which is why the island has its unique crescent shape and steep caldera cliffs. The villages of Oia and Fira sit high above the sea and are known for sunset views that attract visitors from everywhere.

Santorini is also known for:
• Blue-domed churches and narrow winding streets
• Luxury cliffside hotels and infinity pools
• Volcanic beaches with black, red, or gray sand
• Ancient ruins like Akrotiri, sometimes called the “Minoan Pompeii”

It’s a mix of natural beauty, history, and romantic scenery—one of those places that looks exactly like the photos in real life.
