💫 Insights from my last four weeks in Guatemala 💫These weeks changed something in me.1. The New Earth already exists. In the visions, dreams, and projects of people who dare to begin. People who try, fail, learn, adapt, and begin again. I see myself in that courage.2. I saw myself through different eyes. Being mirrored by the right people matters. When you gather with those who dream like you, recognition happens naturally.3. Dream boldly. Trust yourself. Keep going. You didn’t arrive here by accident. You carry this vision for a reason. Find those who support you — and stay loyal to yourself, even when it gets hard.And most of all - what really filled my heart was that I finally connected in person with some people I have collaborated over many years on zoom - and I also met some new friends and soul family which felt more like finally finding each other than meeting for the first time. There are the ones who help me see myself and remind me on why I am here. You know who you are. INSIGHTS OF MY WEEK ✨⁠⁠A week across worlds — from Istanbul to the Black Forest, from mediumship to boardrooms, from DAO activations to impact conferences.⁠⁠This week I:⁠✨ led a mediumship course from a hotel room⁠✨ moderated the Global GoTeach Conference⁠✨ taught alignment at the Women’s Hub on 11:11⁠✨ held seven 1:1 sessions with CEOs & founders⁠✨ completed The Spiral Level 7 as crew⁠✨ held the Viva con Agua Supervisory Board meeting⁠✨ hosted a DAO Activation for 20+ regen projects⁠✨ recorded two podcast episodes⁠⁠And the biggest realization?⁠I have actually created the life I dreamed of.⁠A conscious impact business across Europe, South Africa, and beyond.⁠Community. This photo looks calm. It was taken in the middle of one of the busiest weeks of the roadshow — contracts, partner meetings, site visits, a schedule that didn't leave much room to breathe, let alone sit down cross-legged in front of a camera.⁠⁠But something happened when I actually sat. The posture I've taught other people for years asked something real of me in that moment: can you actually be here, in your body, after a week of running on adrenaline and deadlines.⁠⁠I think this is the part of the wellness industry that's easy to skip past. We're very good at capturing the image of stillness. We're less practiced at actually arriving in it, especially those of us building the businesses, the retreats, the programs — the people whose job it is to hold space for everyone else.⁠⁠I didn't get up from that spot feeling like I'd nailed a photo. I got up feeling like I'd remembered something I already knew, and had let myself forget under the weight of a full calendar: the practice isn't for the client. ⁠It's for the person doing the work, too. ⁠Especially them. by @dannieq

Most of what you see from the wellness industry is the finished product — the retreat photo, the smiling group circle, the "transformation" caption. ⁠What you don't see is the six months before it: the partnership negotiations, the site visits in 40-degree heat, the practitioner contracts, the endless verification of who's actually legitimate and who's just good at Instagram.⁠⁠That's been my last few months across Egypt — building out business development for a wellness group spanning a wellness resort, a wellness clinic, retreats, and restaurants, while also trying to hold onto why any of us are doing this in the first place. It's easy to lose that thread. The industry rewards the image of wellbeing more reliably than it rewards actual rigor, actual psychology, actual care in how programs are built.⁠⁠I've spent 30 years on the side of the work that doesn't photograph well — the systemic therapy training, the psychology background, the slow architecture of a program that actually holds up under a real client's real crisis, not just their best day. Standing in these sacred sites this month, doing the unglamorous groundwork of building something credible in this space, I keep coming back to the same standard: would this hold if nobody was watching. Would this care if there were no photo at all.⁠⁠That's the version of this industry I'm trying to help build. ⁠With a partner, I am grateful is holding the same values. ⁠Not the one that looks like healing. ⁠The one that is. by @dannieq
