This journey is not for the faint of heart. This journey requires hard work, determination beyond belief, grace and a patient mind.

From the moment Olivia stepped foot into my class at Xcel, I knew she was destined for greatness. I didn’t know if she even knew what precision dance was, but I knew she would find her way to it. After years of training with me, she finally reached out about Rockette coaching. We locked in and the rest is history. 🔒

I couldn’t be more proud of you @liv_b14
You realized your dream and YOU made it come true! I’m so lucky I get to share this incredible legacy with you. I cannot wait to watch you SHINE with the @therockettes this year! ✨

A little taste of the professional world! ✨

I brought my Royal Caribbean audition choreography to these incredible teen and senior dancers this weekend at JAX/ORLANDO PDE, and WOW did they rise to the occasion!

They were HUNGRY, focused, fearless, and ready to WORK (this was their last class of the day 😅)! Watching the next generation of dancers challenge themselves, push their personal boundaries, and step up to the expectations of the professional dance world is exactly why I love what I do.

The future of dance is looking BRIGHT 🤩

36hrs in NOLA with Team Dance @royalcaribbeanentertainment 👑⚓️

We made the MOST of our very short time in New Orleans.

Naturally, beignets from @cafedumonde was our first stop. We we toured the city on the St. Charles Streetcar and stopped for ‘girl dinner’ before making our way to the fabulously chic @yvonnelafleur_

Later in the evening, we were led on a ghost tour of the city by @streetsofsin and had a scrumptious dinner at @paladar511

The next morning, we headed to @nolaspaces504 where we held our dancers and vocalists audition. There was some fierce talent in the room 🤩

4:50a was our call time to make our flight to ATL so we all called it an early evening and went to bed.

A time was had with this group! Giggles, good food and amazing company 🤍

Now we want to FEEL IT
Yeah x @charli_xcx

These dancers were locked in 🔒
Across the floor progressions ft. slow, controlled movement juxtaposed with quick, pushed arms and footwork (pas de bourrees, 3 step turns, ((deep plie through the floor)) and let’s not forget how difficult clean, controlled single pirouettes are!!) (((and ofc we did it on the left 🫡)))

INDY + CINCY 💜✨ What a WEEKEND!

So incredibly grateful to be back with @danceplatinumco doing what I love most. Thank you to every single dancer and apprentice who showed up ready to WORK, learn, laugh and leave it all on the dance floor. Your energy made these rooms so special and we had SO. MUCH. FUN. 🥹

There is truly nothing better than getting to share a room with dancers who are willing to be present, take risks and just DANCE.

Thank you PDE for giving me the opportunity to share my love of jazz, musicality, performance and PRECISION! 💜

Indianapolis + Cincinnati, you were a JOY. Until next time! ✨🕺🏼

Bad girls don’t ask permission. ✨🪩

A little disco, a little danger, and a whole lot of jazz.
Three girls. One groove. Donna on full blast.
