THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for coming to last night’s show! We enjoyed a spectacular evening of rocks, cocks, dating advice, telepathic pasta, sticks, cheesy horror and a very special birthday celebration for one of our regular audience members 🎁 🎂 🎈

Thanks as always to @griffin_glasgow and to all of our wonderful acts ✨

📢 ONLY 1 day until the October Diversity Quota Comedy Show, and it’s time to meet your acts 🎉

Dean T. Beirne (@deantbcomedy) is a Scottish comedian whose energetic, sharply written stand-up turns an unconventional life into stories packed with punchlines. From growing up in foster care and spending his teenage years closeted in Dubai, Dean finds the ridiculous in places most people wouldn’t think to look.He was a finalist in the 2023 BBC New Comedy Awards, and has since appeared on Rosie Jones’ Disability Comedy Extravaganza on Dave, establishing himself as a distinctive new voice on the Scottish comedy circuit ❤️

Vanessa Correia (@_thisisnessie_) thought she was too serious to be funny, until she was encouraged to go on stage at an open mic. Over a year since, she’s had crowds roaring while she barely cracks a smile. She’s charmed people around the UK by being a semi finalist at So You Think You’re Funny? 2026. Her set explores her personality, unique culture, moving to Scotland and her life here with a strong stage presence and deadpan delivery 💛

Danni Rowan (@dannirowanlives) is a queer, neurodivergent stand-up comedian based in Glasgow. She specialises in punchy one-liners and silly/satirical observations about gender, neurodivergence and 80’s horror movies. She is a 2026 graduate from the GICF’s Introduction to Comedy course. When Danni’s not on stage she’s probably watching a horror movie or drawing a xenomorph or something 💚

Due to unforeseen circumstances, sadly Zef will no longer be able to perform on tomorrow’s show, but never fear, for we have a special mystery guest making an appearance instead. You’ll just have to come along tomorrow to find out who it is 💙

Catch them all on 🗓️ Thursday 1 October ⏰ 8:30pm 📍at The Griffin (@griffin_glasgow)🍺
