Well, we now join the ranks of the many grieving pet owners, as we lost our beloved dog, Frisco this past weekend. Tracy brought him home as a rescue 15 years ago and he is the only dog the girls have ever known and grown to love. It hits them even harder because it is the first, personal, meaningful and impactful death they have ever experienced. RIP Frisco, aka, Frisky. We’ll miss you. by @danny.shea
Great hike with Tracy yesterday, to Lost Lake (just shy of 10,000 ft), via the Hessie Trail, above Nederland, CO. We’ll be back! Empty nest rehearsal? 😮 by @danny.shea

Hard to believe that we lost Dan Shea Sr 25 years ago today. Perhaps even more difficult to believe is that my mom has outlived him by 25 years and they were the same age. RIP dad. 💜 by @danny.shea
Off again! I hope you have a fantastic sophomore year Riley!💜 by @danny.shea
Happy 4th from Boulder, CO. by @danny.shea
Knocked out another 70.3 (1.2 swim, 56 bike, 13.1 run) yesterday at the Ironman Boulder 70.3. Not my best day, but always a blast! Endured typical, Bldr weather, including hail on the run. Ouch! A HUGE thanks to the volunteers! by @danny.shea
