As we celebrate three incredible years at The Agency, I find myself reflecting on a journey that began with a dream. From being a kid studying in China with big ambitions to now proudly serving as Managing Partner of The Agency Bahamas.

This journey has been anything but easy. It’s been one of perseverance, grit, deep love for the work, the people, and the purpose behind it all. And along the way, we’ve had so much fun, growing stronger and closer as a team.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my village.

First and foremost, thank you to God. To every agent on our team, our rockstar support staff, my amazing mom, my family, friends, Agency family, and the clients and customers who believed in me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A few weeks back, we showcased luxury living at THIRTY SIX residences on Paradise Island in true Agency style! With over 75 guests, we gave tours of the remaining seven units. There are four penthouses and three two-bedroom residences within a sleek four-story building, complete with an infinity pool, gym, and an expansive deck where we hosted the event. Prices range from $995K to 1.53M.

Our open house was a great success, featuring exceptional cocktails, sushi, and a spectacular fire dancing performance. A big thank you to our sponsors—Soundcrate, Pink Sand Spirits Co., and CIBC—for making it all possible. We also appreciate Lotus Flower Design for their fantastic interior presentations, and Sterling Global Financial for letting us manage the final units. The Agency Bahamas turns 4! ❤️

As we celebrate another anniversary of The Agency Bahamas, we’re reminded that our greatest accomplishment isn’t simply how much we’ve grown, but who we’ve grown alongside.

Over the years, what started as a vision has become a reality, built through hard work, dedication, belief and, most importantly, the incredible people who have been part of the journey.

When The Agency Bahamas first began, there was a vision to create something different in the industry. We’ve welcomed new faces, opened new office doors, celebrated milestones, supported one another through life’s changes and continued to show up for each other along the way. Because what we’ve built goes far beyond real estate. It’s the friendships, the laughter, the lessons, the long days, the unforgettable memories and the people beside us through it all that have made this journey so special.
