Let’s GOOOOO by @dannyinpsl

Some of the best things you’ll ever build won’t show up on a balance sheet.

The relationships. The trust. The people who end up being part of your story.

Nelson and I got into a great conversation about relationship capital and how much the right people can change your life, your business, and your future.

It’s not about collecting contacts or keeping score.

It’s about showing up, being real, and investing in people long before you need anything from them.

Your network might open the door. Your character decides what happens next.

So choose your people wisely. by @dannyinpsl

Thank you, @dr.d.roberts_dc

It had been years since my last chiropractic visit, but Dr. Roberts made sure I was straightened out. Pun intended. 😂

I appreciate the attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire experience.

It’s a reminder that taking care of yourself shouldn’t be an afterthought. You have to invest in your health just as intentionally as you invest in everything else that matters.

Thank you for the exceptional service, Dr. Roberts. by @dannyinpsl

That's Will Guidara, author of Unreasonable Hospitality.

My daughter studied his book in her hospitality management program at the Culinary Institute of America.

Hearing him tell the story in person is a different thing entirely than reading it on a page.

The way he walks through building an unforgettable guest experience, one small decision at a time, makes the whole philosophy click.

One of his lines has stuck with me since: "No one who ever changed the game did so by being reasonable."

Another, on the difference between service and hospitality: "Service is black and white. Hospitality is color."

Unreasonable hospitality isn't a restaurant concept.

It's a standard.

Give people more than they expect, every time, without being asked.

I've spent the time since trying to figure out what that looks like in my industry.

Not the firm handshake and the welcome packet.

Noticing what a client didn't ask for, and taking care of it anyway.

That's the standard I'm building into how I onboard every client now.

Not because it's expected.

Because unreasonable is what people remember. by @dannyinpsl

Most people don't see the version of this industry I'm talking about.

Financial planning can be quiet. You build alone. You make decisions alone. Most days, nobody's standing next to you who understands what the work actually costs.

Kuldeep Madan changed that for me. He invited me to spend time with some of the top advisors and wealth managers in the country, and he didn't have to.

I'm on my way to Miami right now to sit with people who've already walked the road I'm walking. Doors I didn't know existed are already opening.

I don't say this lightly. I'm grateful to Kuldeep and his team for making this possible. That kind of generosity doesn't come around often.

Isolation is a choice in this business. So is who you let close. by @dannyinpsl
