Happy with this little line at UBC, a few moves I’ve not really trained much outside so it was great to be able to throw them! Excellent camera work 🎥- @wesrundle41 .

Thought I’d chuck in a throw back to the time I did one of the highest kong pres I’d ever done!

This was in Vancouver a couple years back and it was something I wasn’t expecting I would do at all. After a few joke preps, I decided to give it a few serious tries and this was the result. One of my biggest achievements in Parkour I’d say!

The vault itself was around my head height and the run up was slightly inclined too.

This one was a bit of a scary Mary, been a while since I did a reverse pre, especially over a drop! Definitely could’ve made it better instead of diving into the giant hole but I didn’t sooooooo 👕- @teamrealityltd #parkour #training #sport #freerunning #jump taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @dannyreality
