J’me sens sur mon X.

🗓️ 🎤 Sunday, September 13 • 12:00 PM

Presenting our 2nd Jamhouse Community Album
📀 Lullabies 📀
A collection of songs for rest, belonging and dreaming

☀️

We had SUCH a magical time sharing these songs with you all at Jamhouse Camp 🌟

Bring your blanket, find a spot in the grass and join us at noon for a Cozy Concert -
A moment to slow down, sing together, and enjoy a final cuddle before the festival closing circle!
We'll have our Jamhouse Lullabies songbooks for you to follow along with us 💛

ABOUT THE ALBUM

We gather as ten Montreal-based artists to create a community album of contemporary lullabies - songs to soothe, ground, and hold us in a time of overwhelm, disconnect and change.
This project emerged from a shared sense that there is a lot that needs to be sung to, both at personal and collective levels. We return to something ancient: The essence of music as medicine. The act of singing one another into rest.
Lullabies have always lived at the threshold between the worlds of waking and sleep, of today and tomorrow.
We offer these songs as companions: to hold, to ground, to nurture, to relax back into to the realm of possibility. Each song was written to heal and sooth our own hearts. From this space, we offer them to you.
May these songs calm the mind, soften the heart, and reopen the space where gentleness and beauty live.
May we hold each other in song.
May we awaken to a more loving, caring and nurturing world.
