This is what we’re going with for Berlin Marathon

Shoes: @asics Metaspeed Edge Tokyo

Today in Berlin I got in my last little run before the marathon tomorrow and had a chance to see the Speed skating marathon. I don’t know any of these athletes but it was amazing to see them out the suffering and performing! I don’t give advice but if I did, I’d say go cheer on “regular” humans. Celebrity worship isn’t what this life is about. People are depressed and confrontational because they think regular = failure or insignificant. Regular people are amazing!!!! Imagine if everyone picked a lane (mine is sports) and without being a celebrity or a NFL player just gave it their best. What would our culture look like? A billion people at the top of their respective games fully committed to seeking their full potential! Anyway, I got to be a fan of some people that I don’t know as they did an above average thing today. It inspired me. With that, tomorrow WE RUN BERLIN! #abbottwmm #lifetothefullest #teamabbott by @dante__nyc

You heard the man, G14 Classified! by @dante__nyc

10k total distance
5k at marathon pace, then
1k at 5k pace
1k at 10k pace
1k at HM pace
Close with 2k back to marathon pace

despite session induced fatigue you are looking to see your HR track according to the effort; Indicating hydration, nutrition, recovery, chronic training load, etc., are well managed and not negatively impacting your ability to recover as expected while under load (pause). #teamabbott #abbottwmm #lifetothefullest by @dante__nyc

I’ve worked for Nike since 2022, having recently separated from the company, Berlin Marathon was going to be my last ride in Alphafly 3’s. But an opportunity came to run in the @asicsrunning Metaspeed Edge Tokyo and I couldn’t be happier! #onward #lifetothefullest #abbottwmm #teamabbott by @dante__nyc
