I found a Pump Track in Castle Hayne, NC . I have to Thank Tim Carnard and Dean Poshard for introducing this to me. I still@really suck at it, and it fun and challenging. Helping build up my cycling skills. Think a pump track specific or a dirt Jumper may be in my future.
Btw, all by myself after 30mins learning I was gassed. taken in Castle Hayne, North Carolina by @dantheneedleman

Thank you to all the people who were there, sober, willing and able to share their experience, strength and hope. As well the people who walk next to me and the men who chose me to help them navigate their way to recovery and an understanding of a Higher Power that works for them. I really want to Thank my sponsors Ed C., Mike, Don D, Al M, and Mark M for being light house on where to navigate and what to avoid.
I am truly blown away I have 40 years sober. I did it with a community. Thank You Community!! by @dantheneedleman
