I introduce to the world, Kimmy kraut! With the powers of 4 tablespoons of salt, I am able to smoosh 4 heads green cabbage, 4 bunches green onions, 2 heads of garlic, and 2 cups of red radishes into these meesly little containers!

And with the powers of 4 tablespoons fish sauce, and 4 tspoons red pepper flakes, I am able to make the perfect flavor concoction! (Add less red pepper for heat, it's moderately spicy. Replace fish sauce with 1 tablespoon salt or 3 tablespoons soy sauce if vegan or vegetarian) by @dantthemant
