@colacnyc @miss_hailan aka La Jefa does it again!

Whenever I think I’m doing too much, this woman brings me right back to reality.

While running @saigonsocialnyc , being a realtor in Seattle and New York, and serving as a judge on Food Network, she STILL finds time to open an elevated Vietnamese restaurant in the East Village.

Tha food whas fucking amazing!🤌🏽

Gracias, Chef! ❤️

Not everyone believed in me when I decided to leave the front of the house and step into the kitchen. To be honest, there were times I didn't believe in myself either.

Then, during a gift exchange, @antiillana gave me a chef's knife and a cutting board. In front of everyone, she said she believed in my decision and that she could see a future for me in the kitchen.

Besides doing this for myself, I do it for the people who believed in me from day one.

There are good restaurants, and then there’s @kannrestaurant .When you walk in, it feels like you are in a mythical place; it’s like a temple. Thanks to @gg30000 and the Kann team for an unforgettable experience. Hard work pays off."

I been working with Chef @rachel_k_green for the past 2 years, besides being one of the most talented young chefs that i had ever work with, she's the one that i first reach out when i move to @maisonpasserellenyc , at times that i felt nervous while she whas working on the pass, she told me "its you and me my guy" and somehow i felt that i can take on the world, im really thankfull for everythig Chef!

And tha's what she does...

Thas my Chef!🗣🗣🗣
