Patras native, Hamburg based DJ/producer Danya has been putting out sounds since 2017, bracing techno pushed to the limit. In her relatively short career she’s racked up residencies at Hamburg’s PAL and Bunker Club (Kiel) and toured extensively throughout Europe, sharing the decks with names like Rødhåd, Amotik, Setaoc Mass and Blanka. These days her time is split between a love of music and neuroscience research, a field in which her investigations into the auditory and perceptual have fueled her production work and further expanded the possibilities of her sound. Reaching towards new rhythmic formulations, the 6D. collective member brings a particular kind of feeling to her productions and sets, weaving futuristic frequencies together with a keen instinct for her crowd. In that vein, this next one stays true to the spirit of those peak-time adventures with a two-hour undertaking worthy of her output. A top-notch selection full to the hilt with percussive bangers and cunning beats that roll forward with sure and steady precision. Bassiani Podcast 325 is high-grade techno from a prolific and savvy innovator, plug in and let these rhythms do the rest. by @danya.6d

Here are a few moments from last Saturday @miamao_paris
We didn’t plan much, just trusted each other. Pure symbiosis between us, locked in with felt easy.

Big thanks again to @dusk.records and everyone who shared that space with us.

We’re very excited to welcome @danya.6d to the agency roster 🤗

Originally from Greece and now based in Hamburg, Danya has built a distinctive artistic identity through powerful releases, a growing international presence and performances at institutions such as Tresor, Macadam, FVTVR and at PAL, where she holds a residency.

Her forward-thinking approach to sound, shaped by both club culture and neuroscience research, makes her one of the most exciting emerging artists to watch. taken in Hamburg, Germany by @danya.6d

'Sonata' is out today on SS7. This 4-track EP is a mirror to my current state of sound perception and aesthetics, which are constantly shifting.

Somewhere between chaos and harmony.
