At my latinas, am I the only one ? 🇩🇴💃✨😅 by @danzaconrichely

✨ Meet your instructor ✨
Hi I’m Richely, and dance is how my soul speaks 💃🎶

My goal is to create a space where movement flows naturally never forced, so every woman feels free and confident in her body.

Through a fusion of Latin, reggae dance, and fitness, I empower not only strong bodies, but strong minds and
radiant self esteem.

You’ll leave each class feeling euphoric, sometimes nostalgic… but always with a good sweat, new dance moves, and a brighter spirit ✨

🌟 Welcome to Danza Con Richely!
where rhythm meets soul. by @danzaconrichely

Sometimes, we don’t realize how many lives we touch simply by doing what we love. 🥹💗✨

Looking back on this year, I’m beyond grateful for every person I’ve connected with through dance fitness. What started as a passion has become so much more than dance. It’s about community, confidence, healing, and creating spaces where people can feel free to be themselves. 💃🏽❤️‍🔥

This year has had its ups and downs, and I’ve had moments where I needed to step back, regroup, and pour back into myself. But even in the quiet seasons, the purpose remains. 🤍

I give God all the glory for every opportunity, every connection, and every life I’ve had the privilege of touching. 🙏🏽✨

To everyone who has danced with me, supported me, or been part of this journey; THANK YOU. You’ve touched my life just as much as I hope I’ve touched yours. ❤️

A pesar de todo – me levanto
-Maya Angelou

Me levanto
De un pasado enraizado en el dolor
Me levanto
Soy un océano negro, impetuoso y extenso,
Fluyendo y embraveciendo soporto la marea.
Dejando atrás noches de espanto y miedo
Me levanto
En un nuevo día asombrosamente claro
Me levanto
Me levanto
Me levanto
Me levanto.

We moved. We breathed. We released. We mended. 💃🏽✨

There was something beautiful about watching movement become more than movement — every step, every breath, every smile carrying its own story.

Move & Mend was a reminder that our bodies hold so much… and sometimes, they just need a little space to let it go. 🤎

Grateful to Danza con Richely for allowing Raíces to step into this space and capture what healing through movement can look like. 📸🌺

Some moments are meant to be felt. Others deserve to be remembered.
