And this is something I want to bring more of into the way we approach food, habits and life. Less rules, more understanding. Less pressure, more self-trust. I’ve been working on something close to my heart, something I wish I had during the years I was struggling. So stay tuned. I can’t wait to share it with you. ❤️ #SelfTrust #Mindovermeals #BodyConfidence #BehaviourChange #SelfLoveJourney by @daphnemif26

Yesterday, another vision became a reality. 🤎✨ Mind Over Meals — The Edit Workshop 2.0 was 4 hours of deep conversations, connection and growth. It was about trusting ourselves, having goals while still loving and respecting ourselves, and becoming the woman who doesn’t abandon herself, keeps showing up and stops starting over every Monday. 🤍 Thank you to everyone who attended and made this day so special. You reminded me why I started. 🫶🏻 📸 Big Thanks to @itsgailbaldacchino A new programme has now started! ✨ If you’re ready to become HER 👑 the woman who trusts herself and keeps going, even when life gets hard , comment HER and I’ll send you the link. 🤎 LOVE D x #mindovermeals #foodfreedom #becomher #learntoloveyourself #healingjourney by @daphnemif26

It’s my happiness on a plate! 😋😂 So obviously, when I came across this recipe, I HAD to try it. And honestly? I think I’ve found a new favourite! And before you question the mayonnaise… if you know what goes into mayo, you know it contains eggs and oil, so it actually makes sense, right? 👀😂 Want to try it? DM me LINK and I’ll send you straight to the profile where you can find the recipe! 🤎🍰 #mayonnnaisecake #chocolatecake #dessertrecipes #cake #loveachocolatecake by @daphnemif26

Apologies for all the food in my mouth but I genuinely couldn’t resist shouting WOW 😮😂 These are the real nuggets… FYI, chicken nuggets do exist in my freezer too. We’re all about balance here. 😂 But if you love whole foods, meals that are high in protein, nourishing and actually keep you fuller for longer, these are SUCH a good one. Perfect for lunch, a snack, or honestly… for the kids when they come home from school and suddenly act like they haven’t eaten in 3 business days. 😂 And yes, you can eat them with your hands. I highly recommend it. 🤌🏼 Want the recipe? DM me “NUGGET” and I’ll send it to you Love D ✨ #nuggets #mealprepideas #lunchideas #snacksideas #homemadenuggets by @daphnemif26
