I feel like hacking should be a FEDERAL crime.
Its just rude!
Imma make that my initiative when I'm old and have nothing else to do but run for office✊🏾.

What yall missed: Finished the 2nd unit and looking for tenants.
Tub cracked in the first unit. Then it split. Come to find out it wasnt installed right. I had to rip out the entire thing.
Yea.... that was funn yall. That tub was just 2 years old.
Then my tenant starts to complain about water in her toilet and tub backing up. Apparently my main water pipe is cracked. How?! Idk!

But what i do know... pwoblèm yo pap janm fini.

I ate really good. Tried a bunch of new restaurants. Now I'm out here extra thick. No bueno. So now I have to actually work out 🙄.
I Kicked it with some dope people. old and new.

Everything shifted when I realized i have to force change to come, my survival is dependent on it. I ignored the disappointment in myself for a while, knowing exactly who I am, and what I'm capable of. Gifts and talents in me that I was suppose to use as building blocks. I allowed my own curated fantasies to set the standard for my life, I ignored everything in me. Comfortability and self pity plagued my dreams. Well last year I've woken up from the nightmare of repetition that has brought me nothing but toxic behavior.

This morning my phone graciously reminded me where I was today last year. I was taking my last walk through of my first duplex. My pride and joy, Gensis. These are the pictures I took that day. Nov. 25th marks one year since I closed.

As this year comes to a close, I am thanking God for breathing life into my pain, my frustration, my lack of care... I am NEW!

January 2021 as I launch my Property management company I pray God allows me to recongize the opportunities quickly and hear his voice when he speaks, so I may act on his direction. Next year will be different because my tunnel vision has been amplified. Connecting and building is my sole priority. I believe in myself, my God and his Favor. The business I will build, the people I will unite, the hope I will instill. People are counting on me. I'm counting on me, my own bloodline is counting on me. by @daphnethedolll
