Yesterday I spent the day with my favorite people doing my favorite things. ❤️

1.) My hubby and I drove to Daytona and spent the day at the beach. 🏖️ 🌊☀️🐚

2.) I spent a hour with @sherrimeyersyoga and @kaley_d_griggs
at @studio311yoga doing an Inside Flow yoga. ❤️ 🧘‍♀️🎶

Next? I’m headed CT for an Inside Flow teacher training hosted by another favorite @dancinbecka and @insideyogaofficial

Can’t wait to see all my Inside Flow friends! We are like family!

What if you jump?
And the fallin’ feels a little like you’re flyin’
— Kiss the Sky, Maren Morris

We had an absolute blast in Inside Flow class today!
I love breaking things down and sharing the joy of movement — especially with fellow yoga teachers and Inside Flow instructors in the room.

Grateful for the energy, the connection, and this amazing community we get to move with.

This mornings’ “Unlock Your Flow” workshop with @aminortonyoga was amazing! 🤩 She taught so many helpful nuggets that are going to help me move better.

The flow is to a new song called “You Won’t” by @madison_watkins .

Such a beautiful song that talks about being vulnerable and knowing the other person won’t leave you.

And then The Rottweilers showed up and it was a magical moment for me. ❤️🥰🐾

This is why I love Inside Flow so much! It doesn’t have to be perfect, but the feelings inside are! 🥰

I had the opportunity to flow In the beautiful light of the morning.

This flow was taught online by @dancinbecka and I was catching the replay!

My husband caught a glimpse of my flow from inside. It felt good to move my body. My back was hurting and I felt so wobbly. The light was magical!

This flow was for a cause, and a huge shout out to my flow sister @melissa.pharo for sponsoring it.
She was crowned Visionary of the Year by the Leukemia and Lymphona Society of Madison, WI.

I dedicate this flow to my beautiful friend Valerie Sutta who lost her life to this terrible disease. ❤️ You will always near and dear to me.
