Yesterday I spent the day with my favorite people doing my favorite things. ❤️
1.) My hubby and I drove to Daytona and spent the day at the beach. 🏖️ 🌊☀️🐚
2.) I spent a hour with @sherrimeyersyoga and @kaley_d_griggs
at @studio311yoga doing an Inside Flow yoga. ❤️ 🧘♀️🎶
