I had the honor and privilege of bringing an Inside Flow Master Class to the DeLand Yoga Fest! 💫

As I look back at clips from the class—surrounded by friends, students, and colleagues I’ve done life with—I feel incredibly humbled, grateful, and so very happy.

The people who show up with open hearts and a willingness to keep learning… you are my kind of people. You inspire me to keep sharing the love of movement, again and again.

Thank you to my friends and fellow flow lovers.

What made this class even more special is that I personally selected the song and choreographed the flow. It’s now officially approved and will be published for Inside Flow teachers around the world to share. A true full-circle moment.
