Read the word, pray constantly, repent quickly, obey and trust in the Lord. There will always be something pulling us away from those things. Ask the Lord for help daily and then use His strength to walk in His will. by @darajarae

“Day one or one day.”
This is one of my favorite quotes because it reminds me to get through the struggle of beginning, stay disciplined in the becoming, and always focus on your dreams💞 by @darajarae

This world is filled with darkness, depravity, chaos, immorality, greed, and confusion. Christians are meant to bring understanding, truth, and the peace and harmony that comes from clarity. Be the light! by @darajarae

If you have a young person in your life take time to teach them about goal setting. I love the acronym SMART (acronym below) for my own goals and so I shared that with PIVOT’s Summer Camp.

In a world that is uniquely impairing our attention spans, helping young people dig deeper to set goals that will actually get them closer to their dreams is something I am so passionate about! I care so deeply for these youth they are truly brilliant young minds. @pivotokla is doing absolutely amazing things for the next generation, it is nothing short of remarkable!
✨
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Time-Bound

Example used:
Original goal — I want to get better at basketball
SMART goal — I will practice free throws 20 minutes a day at least 4x per week in order to hit 8 out of 10 shots by Nov 1🏀🤓 by @darajarae

You need to have faith! Being thankful after you receive something is called gratitude but being thankful before you receive it is called faith. 🙏🏽we don’t know how God will work things out but KNOW that He will!

I know this can be so tough but have faith (even if it’s the smallest amount you can bring) have faith🙏🏽

Having faith means acting like God is good and is for you. No worrying, complaining, or panicking. Remember our strength comes from God not ourselves. by @darajarae

For 7 days, let’s be intentional and cultivate a Heaven Perspective together.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, distracted, discouraged, or simply longing to grow deeper in your walk with Christ, I would love for you to join me.

***30 minutes each evening starting Sunday July 5th, hosted virtually on Zoom

6PM CT
7PM ET
5PM MT
4PM PT

Each morning you’ll receive a Scripture worksheet to read and reflect on, and each evening we’ll gather live to discuss what God is teaching us.

This study is completely free.

Comment HEAVEN or send me a DM, and I’ll send you all the details. Let’s spend seven days seeking the Lord and allowing Him to reshape the way we see our lives. 🤍 by @darajarae

You Are Distracted. The strategy of your enemy is to drain you of your energy so that you waste your life on things that didn’t really matter in the long term. We need to adopt a mindset centered around #heaven

If you’re interested in participating in a Bible study on this topic, let me know! by @darajarae
