My newest subscriber-only Substack newsletter went out today. Did you know the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission just released its requirement that private businesses report discrimination data this week? That ends a 60 year precedent that was set forth by the Civil Rights Bill to track discrimination in the workplace. This is something that should be getting much more attention than it is. I’m doing a deep dive on it this week.
