Pilates reformer flow
You could modify a lot of these such as:
-planks done with feet on platform extender and forearms on box
-front split stretch with foot on platform extender and one foot on carriage in front of box
-no weights for stomach massage
All exercises either done on a red (medium) or blue (light) spring 🤍🌸 by @darcies.pilates

What an amazing event this was and so many amazing people who turned up - I loved teaching this and also learned so many good makeup tips along the way! @hausofcontrology @ctoxforddarlings @charlottetilbury by @darcies.pilates
